2020-Present | Board Chair of Contemporary Art Month
Organizing CAM in San Antonio including the CAM perennial exhibition. As the board chair, I organize the monthly board meeting by forming the agenda, and I play a major role in setting organizational strategy.
2019-20 | Co-director of Clamp Light Artists Studio & Gallery
As a collective, we oversee all functions of the gallery including curation, preparatory work, and publicity of our exhibitions.

2021-Present | Department Advisory Committee
We provided the department chair with feedback on strategic and budgetary decisions in our department's effort to create greater transparency and shared governance. 
2019- Present | Creative Arts and Performance Studies Committee
Our department is interdisciplinary, and we have worked to develop music, art, and creative writing in our department. We've done this by developing events and creating an interdisciplinary minor.
2021-22 | Annual Faculty Evaluation Committee
We reviewed and assessed our colleagues’ annual review packets. We provided scores and narratives on teaching, service, and research. Our evaluations are then passed to the department chair and college dean. 
2018-21 | Strategic Planning Committee
We have developed a mission and vision statement, goals, and a five-year plan for the development of our department.
2019-20 | Core Evaluation Committee 
We evaluated student artifacts to see how effective our teaching of the creative core was in meeting the state-mandated core component areas. 
2018 | Faculty Evaluation Committee Form Revision Committee
We redesigned the evaluation form used in the annual evaluation process. My particular focus on this committee was to develop a form that included creative scholarship as a valued form of research, teaching, and service.

I have served on three search committees to hire art instructors to teach art appreciation and drawing classes.

We collated feedback from faculty in the department and drafted our college’s description, mission, vision, and goals which will guide the development of a five-year plan.

UNIVERSITY SERVICE

2020- Present | University Campus Art and Grounds Aesthetics Committee
We are focusing on ways to improve the university's art collection and beautify the grounds. I am the only professional artist and art faculty that serves on this committee. 
2020-22 | University Common Experience Committee
We selected the common read for students' first semester. We collected suggestions for books, narrowed down the list to six books to read completely, and then selected a book. 
2018-22 | Rainbow P.A.W.S. (Pride At Work and School)
We have advocated for LGBTQ+ individuals on our campus. I have assisted in running training for our safe space program where faculty and staff receive basic training about inclusion and sensitivity to the LGBTQ+ community.
